What Are Common Causes of Explosions?

Transcript

Common causes with fire and explosions may seem obvious. Obviously, burns are one of the major injuries that we deal with in looking at a fire and explosion case. Burns can be very severe and include even third-degree burns, where it requires a patient to undergo debridement—a very painful process that scrapes away the damaged tissue and then hopefully allows new tissue to grow usually involving a skin graft.

We certainly have had cases with significant burn injuries, and it’s a process through which the patients and then the clients are in a mode of recovery, and hopefully we’re able to help them not only recover medically but also recover financially through a case brought against the source of the explosion.
