A young mother and her two infant daughters were killed in a fiery crash on 1-465 on the north side of Indianapolis when rear-ended by a semi-truck. Years of litigation involved claims against the truck driver, trucking company, the company that screened the driver, and multiple defendants participating in the design and oversight of the construction zone.
