Victim Suffers Seizures Following Auto Accident

The attorneys of WKW helped our client recover from a serious auto collision after the defendant’s car started to pass on a two-lane road and then swerved into our client’s lane to avoid oncoming traffic.  Our client’s vehicle was pushed off the road and into an embankment.  Our client began suffering from seizures a few months after the collision and WKW worked with doctors to determine if the seizures were caused by the collision. Ultimately, the seizures could not be linked to the collision and WKW was able to settle the case for an amount proportional to our client’s other injuries.
