Accident on Unmarked Curve Kills Father, Injures Children

While driving at night with his two children, our client approached an unmarked curve and left the roadway, careening over a cliff. The two children suffered significant injuries and the father was killed. WKW argued that there should have been signs posted indicating a lower speed limit and warning of the dangerous curve.
