Physician Injured on Icy Sidewalk

A physician was injured when he fell on ice on a sidewalk at the home of a real estate professional. WKW used a drone to take extremely detailed videos and photographs of the area of the fall, showing exactly where it was most likely that the ice had accumulated. The use of drone video and photographs in depositions helped Bill Winingham move the case toward a mediated settlement.
