Dog Bite to Face of Young Boy

A boy was bitten in the face by a dog when he reportedly went up to pet the dog in the front yard of where the dog lived. The dog was of a breed that was known to be extremely protective and at times vicious, but had not yet been named as a breed presumed dangerous under Indiana law.
