Wilson Kehoe Winingham announced a Grant County Jury found in favor of their client in a medical malpractice case. The Jury awarded a $400,000 verdict relating to a missed cancer diagnosis.
Attorneys Bruce Kehoe and Kent Winingham successfully argued pain and suffering damages were due to the wife and estate of a man whose multiple myeloma should have been diagnosed years prior. The man was forced to live several years with a growing tumor in his sacrum as a result of this failure.
“It was very gratifying to see the jury grasp what our client had to live with and endure over the several years from her husband’s injury until the time of trial,” stated partner Bruce Kehoe. “Our jury system continues to be the envy of the world.”
