Wilson Kehoe Winingham Reports September $400,000 Jury Verdict in Grant County
Wilson Kehoe Winingham announced a Grant County Jury found in favor of their client in a medical malpractice case. The Jury awarded a $400,000 verdict relating to a missed cancer diagnosis.
Attorneys Bruce Kehoe and Kent Winingham successfully argued pain and suffering damages were due to the wife and estate of a man whose multiple myeloma should have been diagnosed years prior. The man was forced to live several years with a growing tumor in his sacrum as a result of this failure.
