General Contractor Fails to Provide Fall Protection Equipment Ahead of Roofer’s Fall

Our client, an independent roofing contractor, fell from a roof on a residential job site. He did not have fall protection. We alleged that the defendant general contractors should have provided fall protection to our client.  The general contractor had provided fall protection equipment on other job sites, but not this one. Co-counsel worked closely alongside attorney Chris Stevenson, learning some valuable tools on handling construction litigation cases.  The case was successfully settled for a confidential amount.
