$2.5 Million Class Action Settlement for Toll Users

Jon Noyes and Bill Winingham achieved a $2.5 million class action settlement for customers of the Riverlink Toll System—a public toll system between Kentucky and Indiana. WKW alleged Riverlink charged customers fees for failing to pay toll notices that were never mailed to them and failed to meet other notice and timing requirements.
