Woman Suffers Brain Injury After Being Struck in the Head Following Social Gathering

Our client was invited to and attended a social event hosted by a fraternity.  Later that day, our client, along with several other friends, left the social event and began walking away.  At that time, she was violently struck upon the back of her head by a thrown object. As a result of being struck, our client suffered a brain injury resulting in severe physical, mental, and emotional impairments. Jon Noyes and Bill Winingham were able to show that the fraternity was responsible for the actions of its members during fraternity-led events, leading to a settlement for our client.
