WKW Partners Admitted to the American College of Trial Lawyers

Congratulations to Bill Winingham and Bruce Kehoe, who were inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). The ACTL, widely considered to be the premier professional organization composed of trial attorneys in the United States and Canada, held its 59th Spring Meeting in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, where Bruce and Bill were inducted, bringing the organization’s membership to over 5,700.

Founded in 1950, the ACTL is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship is limited to the top one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province. Member status is extended by invitation only, after careful investigation, to experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism. Attorneys must have a minimum of 15 years of trial experience before they may be considered.
