Bill Winingham and Jon Noyes Team Up for Indiana Lawyer Article

WKW’s very own Bill Winingham and Jon Noyes teamed up to contribute an article for the latest issue of Indiana Lawyer.

Winingham and Noyes discussed a little known fact about car insurance: You don’t have to be driving a vehicle to be protected from negligent drivers. If a bicyclist or pedestrian is involved in an accident with a motor vehicle, they’re covered by their own uninsured and underinsured coverage.

Uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage offers benefits to the insured up to their liability limits. If the negligent driver is uninsured or failed to purchase adequate liability insurance, the insured’s coverage kicks in until the limit is maxed out. Read more in their Indiana Lawyer article.
