Bill Winingham Chairs Personal Injury and Family Law Seminar

Bill Winingham chaired a July seminar put on by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum entitled “Personal Injury and Family Law: And You Thought They Weren’t Related!” The speakers included a current Judge and several lawyers from all over Indiana. The focus of the seminar was the overlap between personal injury cases and divorce proceedings, whether during settlement negotiations or trial.
