Bill Winingham and Kelly Scanlan Presented at CLE

WKW attorneys Bill Winingham and Kelly Scanlan shared tips and insights regarding how to evaluate potential personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Lawyers who have a diverse practice or who primarily practice in another area but who occasionally handle such cases benefited from this program.

Issues addressed included initial assessments of liability and damages as well as red flags and pitfalls of which to be aware. How and when to refer a case and share attorney fees—and to do so ethically—was also addressed.
