The Indianapolis personal injury law firm of Wilson Kehoe Winingham was recently named #16 on Indiana’s Best Places to Work list. This is the second year in a row WKW was honored. During the 2013 awards dinner, WKW was named #24 in the small company category.
The Best Places to Work in Indiana awards program was created in 2006 and is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice, Inside INdiana Business, The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) – IN State Council, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Best Companies Group.
The nomination process involved employee surveys. Each employee of the nominated companies were asked to fill out a survey based on the benefits provided and their overall feeling about their employer and workplace.
“Last year we were extremely excited to be listed as #24, but this year blew us away. In one year, we jumped eight spots to #16. We couldn’t be more proud of our employees and our work environment. We understand that our employees are our #1 asset. We couldn’t provide the level of service we do without the great employees of WKW.” —Bruce Kehoe, Partner.
