Fees

Wilson Kehoe Winingham never charges a fee for an initial case review. If you would like to discuss your potential case with an Indianapolis personal injury lawyer, we’d be more than happy to talk with you about it at no cost.

Our firm works on a contingency fee basis. A contingency fee is any fee for services provided where the fee is payable only if there is a successful result. Contingency fees are calculated as a percentage of the client’s recovery. If there is no financial recovery, the client is not charged for the services we provided. If the case is successful, our firm would be paid a percentage of the amount recovered.
