On june19th 2023 a day that was supposed to be one of historical educational remembrance, our lives changed in a way that will render an important date in the history of our country into one of horror for our family. My wife of 28 years was tragically broadsided by a very large truck traveling at a high rate of speed. She was severely injured…a traumatic brain injury being the most critical along with multiple orthopedic injuries. Her grasp on this life was tenuous at best. Consequently, all normal life came to an abrupt stop for every member of our family while we waited. My wife remained in a coma for nine days all the while not knowing if or when she would wake up and her degree of disability that could remain. Thankfully she woke after the nine days and began a long and painful recovery… We immediately began the process of seeking justice. the law firm we chose was WKW. They were by far the most obvious choice with a proven record that was never shouted from television screens during daytime programming. There was a quiet reassurance and confidence that was immediately evident when they came to the hospital to meet us. After suffering a life changing work related injury, I was left with no other choice than to reach out to an attorney to assist me with getting financial assistance for my past and future medical bills. The first attorney I worked with in Massachusetts stated they would be able to assist me with my case but ultimately stated it was in my best interest to reach out to a law firm in the state where the accident took place. So I had to start researching the Indianapolis area and spoke to a few attorneys who stated that they didn't feel I had a good case and therefore couldn't assist me. Kent Winingham helped our family with a medical reimbursement matter resulting from a minor auto accident our son was involved in. The insurance company did several months of foot dragging and asked for copies of hospital records at least three different times. WKW helped my family with a negligence/medical malpractice case. We originally filed in 2016 and we were told it was a long strenuous process. They were right. We just settled in May 2021. BUT they made the process seamless. They kept us in the loop when there were updates but didn't overwhelm us with unneeded information on our end. Bruce Kehoe represented me in a case which was filed in 2002 and completed in 2005 where my husband's primary care physician failed to properly and timely diagnose him with Head and Neck Cancer. I vas very happy with the care, respect and concern the group has shown throughout the entire process of the lawsuit.In quick response to our first phone call concerning the case for our initial meeting, Mr. Winingham traveled quite a long way to our home. I was severely injured in a car crash when a dump truck pulled out into my path and I T-boned the truck. I was unconscious and in critical condition at the scene and was air lifted to the trauma center at IU Methodist Hospital. Wilson, Kehoe Winningham, and in particular, Kent Winningham, provided excellent legal services for a friend of mine who had negligent care in a nursing home. He met with my friend at the rehab center where she was, was kind and asked important questions of her. He negotiated with opposing party and, when they dragged their feet, filed a lawsuit to get their attention. Then he pursued the case diligently and, eventually got a good settlement for my friend. I would recommend him and/or Wilson, Kehoe, Winningham without a second thought.

Wilson Kehoe Winingham represented me in wrong death litigation. Chris Stevenson was my attorney and kept in informed step by step. I never felt out of the process, and never had to ask a question about the status of the lawsuit as Chris was very proactive in keeping me up to date.
