Meet Our New Law Clerks: Chelsea and Chris

Chelsea Princell

Chelsea is originally from Fishers, Indiana and graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School. After high school, Chelsea attended the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minors in political science and sociology.

After graduation, Chelsea worked under Judge William Hughes in Hamilton County Superior Court 3 to establish a Veterans Court in Hamilton County and later worked as the policy and legal intern for the Indiana Senate Democratic Caucus during the 2015 legislative session. Thereafter, Chelsea enrolled in law school at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she now serves as vice president to the Student Bar Association, associate justice on the Indiana University Moot Court Board, and executive articles editor for the Indiana Health Law Review.

In her free time, Chelsea enjoys reading books, running, walking her dog, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Christopher Frank

Chris Frank is originally from Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School. After high school, Chris completed his undergraduate degree from Indiana University—Bloomington in May 2016, where he graduated with high distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs in Human Resource Management at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a minor in psychology.

After graduation, Chris enrolled straight into law school at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he now serves on the community service committee through the Student Bar Association and is a proud member of the bi-partisan circle and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Chris is also participating in the Joint Writing Competition for the opportunity to participate in Indiana Law Review.

In his free time, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, playing the drums and piano, being outdoors, playing with his dog, and cheering on Indiana University basketball.
