Chris Stevenson recently had an article published in the Indiana Lawyer newspaper. Part of Chris’ focus area in his practice is construction accidents and injuries. In Indiana, workplace injuries are covered by Worker’s Compensation. However, construction job site injury litigation involves questions concerning non-delegable duties and general contractor liabilities. Can the general contractor overseeing the work be legally responsible for injuries suffered on the job site?
