B.A., Government and Legal Studies, Bowdoin College, 2012
Kent Winingham earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2015, where he made the Dean’s List each year. Following law school, Kent practiced at a prominent personal injury firm in downtown Chicago. While Kent’s practice focused primarily on cases of nursing home neglect and abuse, he litigated a variety of personal injury and medical malpractice cases to trial. Kent’s experience deposing witnesses, arguing motions, and working with expert witnesses in Chicago and surrounding Illinois counties provides a unique and valuable skill set for WKW and its clients.
Prior to practicing law, Kent attended Bowdoin College, where he majored in government and legal studies. Kent played on Bowdoin’s men’s tennis team all four years and was the captain his senior year, when the team reached the Elite 8 of the NCAA Division III National Championship. In his free time, Kent enjoys spending time with his family, being an uncle to two wonderful nieces, golfing, running, playing tennis, exploring Indianapolis, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Kent is licensed to practice in both Indiana and Illinois.
