Bruce Kehoe Interviewed for Article Concerning Medical Malpractice Caps

WKW attorney Bruce Kehoe was interviewed for an article in Indiana Lawyer. The article, titled “Committee Plans Medical Malpractice Checkup,” focuses on the possibility of the State of Indiana raising the cap on damages in medical malpractice cases. Currently, the state has a cap on damages at $1.25 million. In the instance mentioned in the article, Bruce is currently representing an individual who underwent a botched heart surgery that destroyed his heart and led to renal failure. The client had to have a complete heart transplant. In this instance, the client’s medical bills alone exceed $5 million.
