Bill Winingham graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and was admitted to practice law in Indiana in October 1979. Bill began his professional career as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and state court prosecutor before joining what is now Wilson Kehoe Winingham. Bill has spent his entire 35-year career helping persons harmed by others.
Over his career, Bill has accumulated several awards and recognitions. Bill has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for several consecutive years. He’s also an Indiana SuperLawyer since 2002 and has made the Top 10 list twice. Bill was awarded the 2002 Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Indiana Trial Lawyer’s Association. In 2010, Bill was elected to the Indiana Judicial Nominating and Judicial Qualifications commission.
