Bill Winingham has presented 2 recent lectures to the Indianapolis Bar Association this spring.  One was "Use of Powerful Trial Graphics", and the other "Removal and Remand".  The first presentation included a panel of attorneys and a Marion County Superior Court Judge, commenting on the best ways to present visual evidence to juries.  The second seminar dealt with situations in which cases filed in state court could be removed to federal court, the advantages of state court versus federal court, and the options for seeking remand back to state court.
