Mr. Shubat has represented clients in various litigation matters for over twenty years, including successfully obtaining jury verdicts on behalf of injured people. Prior to becoming an attorney, he utilized his undergraduate education in the business world, working for both a national and a local supplier of products to the medical and dental professions.

His legal experience includes many types of tort actions, including personal injury and products liability matters. He has been involved in a variety of complex injury cases, including brain and spinal cord injuries and defective product clams. He has represented clients in both federal and state courts, including the Indiana Court of Appeals. He has also represented clients before state agencies and commissions and in numerous arbitration and ADR proceedings. Mr. Shubat has authored several CLE articles on various topics.
