Our client suffered a severe asthma attack and his wife called 911.  A paramedic made three attempts at orotracheal intubation and thought he was successful.  However there was no improvement in the client's condition and the client died.  The evidence showed that all three attempts at intubation failed, the last of which went unrecognized.  After 13-hour deliberation, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the Plaintiffs.
